The owners are extremly rude! Yell at the customers. About an inch of dust on all the dry goods. I have seen them sell milk 10 days past the due date, taco shells that expired 4 years ago, Mayo on their shelves expired 3 years ago, moldy pepperoni sticks. Public health will only address the dust. Do not be fooled by the useless green dine safe sign. Apparently it is not against the law to sell expired rancid food to people if you own a convienence store, that only applies to restaurants and grocery stores. BUYER BEWARE

This is by far the worst Pizza Pizza location in Oshawa. The food was clearly burnt and the short lady who I believe is the owner tried to tell me it's "well done". I'm not stupid to believe that. This location has had numerous negative experiences looking back at the reviews, so I'm not sure why they are still operating. The lady needs to go to culinary school and learn the difference between well done and burnt. This is by far the worst management I have ever seen. It's unhealthy to give burnt pizza to customers. They try to cheap out and cut corners with this one pizza, so imagine what else they are doing. None of the workers wash their hands either. They will take my order, deal with cash, and go right to making my pizza. That is highly unsanitary, and I lost my appetite afterwards. There is also a short young boy working there with long hair who does not wear a hairnet. It is honestly so disgusting. It seems that there are lots of complaints and Pizza Pizza doesn't seem to be doing anything about this. How are they passing their food safety inspections? From this one visit, it's very easy to tell that they are very filthy people. The entire place reeks of neglect and unprofessionalism. The atmosphere feels like a health hazard waiting to happen. This level of filth is unacceptable for any restaurant. The pizza itself was inedible. The crust was like cardboard and the toppings looked like they had been sitting out for days. I wouldn't be surprised if they were using expired ingredients. I couldn't even finish one slice; it was that bad. I can't believe Pizza Pizza allows this location to represent their brand. It's a complete disgrace and an insult to customers who expect a decent meal. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Save your money and go somewhere, anywhere, else. This place needs to be shut down immediately before someone gets seriously ill.
